Poker World Points are earned according to your involvement rake at a rate of 10 Poker World Points for each $1 in involvement rake. You can use your player points to enter select "Poker World Point" tournaments at Poker World.
At Poker World you can also redeem your points for merchandise at the VIP store, at a rate of approximately $0.0004 per point. Only Silver and up players will be able to purchase merchandise in the store. Gold members will receive a 20% discount on some goods.

Poker World offers players a VIP program called the "VIP Lounge" that awards frequent players with extra perks depending on their status level. VIP status levels are determined by the number of Poker World Points (PWP) that generated in the previous 30 days. PWP are earned according to your contributed rake (or "involvement rake"). Players will receive 10 PokerWorld points for every $1 in involvement rake.
Status Levels:
White Card: 0-499 Poker World Points in the last 30 days.
Silver Card: 500-3,999
Gold Card: 4,000 or more
Perks:
White Card: One time 20% bottomless bonus, access to freerolls and point tournaments.
Silver Card: 35% bottomless bonus on every deposit, access to exclusive PW merchandise at the VIP store.
Gold Card: 35% bottomless bonus on every deposit, access to special freerolls/tournaments and VIP discounts on exclusive PW merchandise at the VIP store.

Ring Games:
Each month Poker World rewards the top 50 players who have accumulated the most Poker World points by rewarding them with a Customer Appreciation Tournament. Tournament Winners receive PokerWorld Points redeemable for entry into many PokerWorld cash tournaments or for merchandise at the VIP Shop. Points must be accumulated at the $1/$2 limit or higher.
Touranments:
The top 25 tournament money winners at the end of the month are rewarded tourney bucks that can be used for buy-in to the $1 and $3 freezeout tourneys that run every hour.

Every month, PokerWorld is offering a "FunChips Bankroll Race" that will award cash prizes to the top "fun" money players during the month. The more players that play at "fun" tables, the bigger the prize pool will be For every player that plays for fun money PokerWorld will add $0.50 to the cumulative monthly prize pool.
The percentage of prize awarded will be based on the number of fun players who play during the month and how many fun chips have been earned.
0-500 players during the month: Top 15 players will receive cash prizes. First place receives 12.38%
501-700 players during the month: Top 18 players will receive cash prizes. First place receives 10.39%
701-1000 players during the month: Top 22 players will receive cash prizes. First place receives 8.55%
1001-1500 players during the month: Top 28 players will receive cash prizes. First place receives 6.77%

In November the top 25 players who finish atop the PokerWorld brand new “Uber Ring Game Leaderboard” will get seats to the Climax Tourney and each player will get a piece of the $777 prize pool. The rank is determined by the amount of PWP earned in every calendar month and the frequency of play.
The Climax Tourney will be held on the first Thursday of December (Dec 4th) at 7:30 PM ET. The top 25 players on the Uber Ring Game Leaderboard will be automatically registered for the tourney when the final leaderboard standings are released on the first day of December.
