Eurobet is offering satellites into the GBPT (Gala Casinos British Poker Tour), which includes 6 events including a Grand Final. The next event will be held between June 18th to July 2nd and be held at Gala Harbourside casino in Bristol. The Main Event has a buy-in of $1100 and will start on June 20th.
In addition to their standard satellites into this event, Eurobet is also offering Daily Freeroll satellites at 12 PM and 6 PM ET. The 5 players will gain entry into the $5 qualifier which is held daily at 4 PM ET. The $5 event feeds into the $75+3 Bi-weekly "Final" held on Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturday. The Tuesday and Thursday tournaments will award at least 1 package to the live final and Saturday will guarantee 2 packages.

Eurobet is running a GCBPT League in which they will award top players in GCBPT league events with prizes. The total of each player’s points will give them a position within the league. A player’s top 5 results (points) will be taken into account, so you can keep trying to get more. At the end of each league prizes are given based on final placing.

The points system
Points based on finishing position in the GCBPT cash events: 1 point per player plus an extra 1 point for each place higher up they finish. Plus, positions 1, 2, 3 and 4 have their points multiplied by 3x, 2.5x, 2x and 1.5x respectively.
E.g. in a 20 player tournament:
- 20th place = 1 point
- 19th place = 2 points
- 10th place = 10 points
- 4th place = 17 x 1.5 = 26 points
- 1st place = 20 x 3 = 60 points
Prizes
When each league is complete, prizes will be given as follows:
- 1st (League winner): £2,000 ($4,000) package to the GCBPT Grand Final starting 1st December 2008: £1,550 seat + £450 expenses
- 2nd: £1,200 ($2,400) package to a GCBPT Festival of your choice: £110 seat, £220 seat, £550 Main Event seat, plus £320 expenses
- 3rd: £800 ($1,600) package to a GCBPT Festival of your choice: £550 Main Event seat, plus £250 expenses
- 4th and 5th: $320 ticket to the weekly $150,000 guaranteed ‘Big Deal’ tournament
- 6th to 10th: $78 GCBPT online final tickets
