Coral’s customer service is rather impressive. Their highly trained customer service team handles inquiries by email or telephone offering account services, help and advice in 16 languages. An in house message service is also offered which appears to be more reliable then email.

Game Features

Coral Poker offers a wide variety of gambling options, as mentioned above. As for poker, they are certainly not lacking in options. They have no limitation on the number of side pots, so high rolling players can find as much action as their wallets will allow.

Coral Poker offers its clients an organized tournament structure. They have bigger tournaments that require access through smaller qualifier “satellite” tournaments for the more competitive poker players. The qualifier tournaments don’t offer a cash prize, only access to the big tournaments.

They also offer freeroll tournaments which are absolutely free to enter. They give you the opportunity to win some money without ever risking your own.

Software Features

Coral Poker is easy to navigate; it has some buttons at the top and a window that displays standard information including table name, stakes, players, average pot, hands per hour and flop %.

The graphics are great, the avatars are ok but if you don't like them you can turn them off. Overall, table play is slick. A mini-view feature is available for those who want to play more tables without overlap. In the preferences window the players can choose to show a timer or a nice four color deck, among many other options.

Dealer action is smooth and not too fast or slow, although playing at multiple tables can slow the action a bit. There is a timer bar for all players to know how much time they have left to act. The bar starts out as green and will turn orange or red as time runs out.

The chat information can be displayed at the side of the table or in a little box at the bottom of the screen. Information can include all hands dealt, symbols along with bet sizes, player actions and hand summaries including who won the pot and pot size. Players even have the option of moving the chat box to any location on their screen.

Player statistics are available from the "Statistics" menu option which will include session stats/details and individual hand information.
