While playing at Bodog you can earn Poker Points. You earn Poker Points according to the amount of rake taken from the table when you have contributed to the pot. You will earn 0.10 if the rake is between $0.05-$0.20, 0.25 if the rake is between $0.25-$0.45, 0.50 if the rake is between $0.50-$0.95 and 1 if the rake is at or above $1.
These points can be used for entry into certain tournaments, which have various overlay amounts. In addition, Bodog Poker offers a "Points to Cash" promotion in which players can redeem their Poker Points at a rate of 100 per $1, for a maximum of $250 per month. You must have a minimum of 500 Poker Points to cashout ($5). Unused points will be rolled over to the next month if not used. "Points to Cash" conversion can be done through the "account" tab.
Earn 2000 or more poker points in a month and at the end of the month you will receive a lump sum "double poker points bonus" to your account. Players will be able to use the points in Poker Point tournaments or convert them to cash as part of the "Points to Cash" promotion.

Bodog's Tournament Leaderboard awards the top tournament players special prizes based on their tournament performance for the week. Points are distributed for all tournaments that are open to the public. SNGs and Qualifier tournaments do not count. Based on a point system that distributes points for top finishers in tournaments the Leader Board takes into account the number of players, the buy-in and your finish rank for each tournament you participate in.
The Weekly Leader Board standings are updated each morning at 6:00 AM ET. Only your top finishes will be counted for each period according to the following:
Weekly: (starts: Monday, 12:00 AM - ends: Sunday, 11:59 PM)
Your top 12-point finishes are counted.
The formula used to calculate Tournament Leader Board Points is:
Points = 10 * (SQRT(N)/SQRT(R)) * (SQRT(SQRT(B))+0.2)
N = Number of players entered in the tournament. R = Finish Rank of the player for the tournament. B = Buy-in of the tournament. For tournaments that have a Point (PTS) buy-in, 1 Point is counted as $0.03.
Weekly prizes:
1st place - Play David Williams or Evelyn Ng in a heads up Sit and Go freeroll for $1,000. If the pro wins, the pot continues to grow until a player wins all! (The pot's been as big as $16,000 in the past.)
2nd & 3rd place - 270 Tournament Credits
4th & 5th place - 110 Tournament Credits
6th to 10th place - 50 Tournament Credits
11th to 15th place - 25 Tournament Credits
Overlay is $142 for qualifiers
