The customer support on this website is certainly less than stellar. There is absolutely no phone number anywhere for clients to call. 66 Poker has one email address that likely feeds into one big customer support system for all the other Entraction websites because they all have just the one email address and no number. Although they claim to have operators there 24 hours a day seven days a week, it is unlikely the response will be quick. There is also a snail mail address for the more archaic clients.
